VTM Manager in Silpo

The Private Label Department team is looking for a Manager (Pastry).

For work, you will need:

• Understanding of ?basic commercial indicators (?turnover, margin, margin, market share)
• Skills for working with MS Excel (summary tables, formulas)
• Readiness for business trips
• Work experience in commerce will be an advantage.

Your main responsibilities will be:??

• Formation and implementation of the portfolio development strategy VTM
• Market analysis, trends, competitors, benchmarking
• Search for new categories and products for launch
• Formation launch roadmap
• Formation and optimization of VTM assortment matrix
• SKU performance analysis (turnover, margin, ABC/XYZ)
• Decision making regarding rotation and removal from sale
• Control of the cost price and search for ways to optimize it
• Formation of pricing policy and recommended retail prices
• Search and selection of manufacturers (local / imported)
• Conducting negotiations, agreeing the terms of cooperation
• Control of the fulfillment of contract conditions
• Analysis of sales of TM (sell-in / sell-out)
• VTM KPI tracking
• Sales forecasting.
