Responsibilities:
< li>Ensure comprehensive program management - results-oriented management.- Execute program management aimed at achieving program goals, including planning program activities, ensuring effective implementation, reporting on achievements programs.
- Provide leadership and build the effective work of the program team, supervise the work of contractors and grantees to achieve project goals and timely implementation of the program.
- Develop and maintain effective cooperation with program beneficiaries and by all stakeholders.
- Create programmatic approaches with a focus on the development of civil society organizations, especially on increasing their capacity in the field of civic-tech and innovation.
- Work according to EU requirements and the policies and procedures of the Foundation during the implementation of the program.
- Perform other relevant duties that are necessary for the successful implementation of the program.
Qualification requirements:
- Management, social work, public administration and related specialties. Ideally, professional certification in the field of project or program management.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position - management of the donor funding program Experience of working in the public sector, in donor funding programs Understanding the specifics of the specified sectors Attention attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must.
- Proficient PC and MS Office user (especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point), ideally proficient in project management and team collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in a multitasking environment with high demands and clear deadlines, the ability to set priorities to ensure the result.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to establish and maintain effective cooperation with colleagues and partners.
- Excellent command of the Ukrainian language is mandatory; proficiency in English at a professional level (minimum B2) to prepare reports and communicate with the donor.
