We are looking for energetic and responsible people to join our team in the charitable organization "SaveUkraine". Our goal is to save Ukrainian families and children affected by the war.

We are looking for a social worker/educator at the Day Center for the support of families and children of victims from the war, which will actively contribute to the socio-psychological recovery and development of children who have survived traumatic events. Your work will be aimed at helping children cope with stress, maintaining their physical and mental health, as well as instilling positive values ​​and self-realization skills.

Your duties will include:

Requirements:

  1. Program and project development:
  • Identification of the needs of children with disabilities and their families.
  • Planning and development of short-term and long-term programs aimed at ensuring rehabilitation, development and integration of children.
  • Involvement of modern methods and innovative approaches in programs.

2. Coordination of program implementation:

  • Organization and control of program implementation at the local level.
  • Cooperation with teachers, specialists with rehabilitation, parents and other interested parties.

3. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs.

  • Work with a team:
  • Formation and management of a team of specialists involved in implementation of programs.
  • Conducting trainings and supervisions to improve the qualifications of employees.

4. Fundraising and partnership:

  • Developing proposals for grants and attracting funding for program implementation.
  • Establishing cooperation with local, national and international partners.
  • Interaction with donors and reporting on the use of funds.

5. Documentation and reporting:

  • Preparation of project documentation, including budgets, schedules and program descriptions.
  • Regular compilation reports on the progress of program implementation.
  • Maintaining a database of program participants and other interested parties.

Education:

  • Higher education in the fields of "Social Work", "Management" , "Psychology" or others related fields.

Experience:

  • Experience in the field of development and implementation of social or educational programs from 3 years.
  • Experience with children with disabilities or in an incline environment will be an advantage. /ul>

    competencies:

    • Knowledge of the basics of software management and principles of social work.
    • Project development and management skills. l>
    • Ability to analyze the needs of the target audience and evaluate the effectiveness of programs. .
    • Knowledge of a foreign language (English) will be an advantage.

    Knowledge of the regulatory framework:
