within the EGAP EGAP component is translated into electronic public services, which contains analysis and preparation of changes to the regulatory framework, optimization of business processes Provision of service, processing of technical requirements for software, organization of works on the development of computer systems, testing, implementation and support of the work created e-services. - Analyze the available information resources, registers and other sources of data;
- Analysis and display business processes in the context of reengineering processes for issuing certificates and/or information, the emergence of social support and transition to digital reflection instead of paper documents. Create a list of key business processes and use with the visualization of processes in BPMN-schemes;
- Conduct meetings, interviews, surveys with customers, users and experts, associations representing the interests of the respective categories of the population, representatives of the interested parties to collect the requirements for the model;
- Create a List of Integrations with a Data List for Receiving/Transmission;
- Form and describe, including process schemes, applying a data display model instead of paper documents for verification, confirmation and implementation of the right to social support and service from business; : inherit; FONT-Weight: Inherit "> Develop a plan of technical implementation of the project;
- Evaluate the following steps and needs for the implementation of the project;
- Provide Expert Support to allow new services online through the portal action and use digital electronic display in the Action Action, if necessary-including the development of specific tools.online on the Diya portal, development of specific tools that support the reform, including the implementation of IT solutions:
- – collection and analysis of criteria with the involvement of stakeholders using various methods (interviews with stakeholders, questionnaires, etc.) for drawing up business and technical requirements;
- – coordination and consultation with key stakeholders (central executive bodies, including ministries and departments) that are involved in the reform;
- – development of technical requirements and specifications for the modernization of the Portal and the Diya application for the implementation of new services of the Ministry of Social Policy;
- document the functionality of the information system/services, develop technical requirements, tasks and specifications;
- model interfaces and concepts of interactive forms;
- support other operational tasks of the project team, including support for infrastructural changes regarding the launch of online services in the United information system of the social sphere and on the Diya portal, service reengineering;
- coordinate work with the project team that will develop a new project solution;
- provide support to developers;
- hold regular meetings with interested parties to clarify information system/service requirements and make regular presentations to demonstrate completed project stages;
- studying and understanding the legislation regulating the provision of public services;
- inclusion and compliance with the principles of GBA + and sustainable development of the environment in the results of activities, as well as in meetings and consultations with the Ministry of Social Policy and other stakeholders.
Requirements for the qualification of a specialist:
- more than three (3) years of experience in business process analytics;
- understanding of the software design and development process, formulation of high-level technical requirements for the software product;
- ability to structure elements of information systems and identify technologies and possible software solutions;
- experience in writing technical tasks, requirements and specifications for IT projects;
- knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.
Desired skills and work experience:
- More than two (2) years of experience in working with Jira and Confluence;
- A mandatory experience of using products for modeling interfaces (Axure, Figma);
- Experience in Camunda Modler (Drawio);
- Experience in Communications with Public Authorities (Finding Requirements, Presentation);
- Knowledge of Administrative Services Legislation in general and in the field of social protection will be an advantage.
