General information about the team / department and its role in the organization:
Regional team of Dnipropetrovsk / Kharkiv region is structurally part of the program department of the Eastern region. Its activity covers the settlements of Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.
The team's area of responsibility includes the following sectors of activity: 1) food safety; 2) hygiene and sanitation; 3) housing and materials for life; 4) protection.
Under the general direction of the Manager of Emergency Assistance Programs and operationally reporting to the Lead Specialist of the Housing Rehabilitation Program, the Program Assistant provides support to the program department and ensures the implementation of programs in the region. The program assistant works closely with engineers and the program administrator.
Specific duties and responsibilities: < /p>
Internal Relationships: Works closely with Program Specialists, Civil Engineers and WASH Engineers. Coordinates with the department of communication, logistics and finance.
External relations: Establishes and developsrelations with local authorities, other organizations carrying out humanitarian activities and the territories of the region.
Necessary experience and qualifications : projects for CSOs or NGOs. Knowledge of humanitarian work and understanding of context;
