Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities Ensures timely and effective performance of activities in the assigned territory. Promptly provides all relevant information to line manager. Provides necessary information for planning, preparation and execution of activities within emergency response programs (distribution, cash assistance programs, etc.). Contributes to the organization and holding of meetings with local actors - representatives of the government, community, local NGOs, etc. At the request of the line manager, regularly visits the project implementation sites, monitors the progress of activities and reports on results and problems. In cases of project activity implementation, PIN directly or with the involvement of partners ensures availability or control of timely reporting in accordance with PIN standards in coordination with the Administrator. Administers the beneficiary database, ensuring correctness and timely updating of information. Registers and stores all documents submitted by program specialists. Helps verify beneficiary data against project goals. Prepares project data for coordination with other stakeholders. Scans and archives project documentation. Helps integrate the project into the general program of the sector. Immediately reports to the Regional Manager on changes in the project. Displays and tracks needs and gaps. Enforces all established PIN security rules. Responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information provided. Ensures the timely implementation of the department/project action plan and prompt provision of information to the manager. Experience in the public sector or humanitarian sphere is desirable.
Experience with databases, registers or CRM systems is an advantage.
Required knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of office programs.
- Ensuring quality document flow and data accuracy.
- Understanding of humanitarian principles, approaches to protection and handling of personal data.
- Ability to conduct basic needs assessments and gather information in the field.
- Ability to interact with local communities, authorities and other stakeholders.
- Business correspondence and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with a large amount of information. Teamwork and ability to work under leadership. Willingness to work in the field and on business trips in the region.
