Our team is looking for:Analyst for monitoring and evaluations

Requirements:

• Higher education (master’s degree) in the field of health care, public health, epidemiology or in the fields: social sciences, statistics, mathematics, IT.

• Experience in data collection, verification and analysis.

• Practical experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, program development or implementation research.

• Experience in preparing analytical reports and conducting work meetings / trainings.

• Knowledge of national and international recommendations in the field of M&E and surveillance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, processing of large data sets), data preparation for Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and monitoring of recommendations based on the results of the evaluation of the surveillance and monitoring and evaluation systems.
• Participation in the implementation of regulatory and methodological documents within the framework of projects and by state order.
• Organization and coordination of trainings, seminars, meetings and working meetings (including with international partners).
• Preparation presentations, analytical materials and responses to official requests.
• Collection, processing, analysis and validation of data in accordance with monitoring and evaluation plans.
• Preparation of regular project reporting in accordance with the requirements of donors and regulatory authorities.
• Monitoring of project implementation and coordination of the achievement of planned results.
