Within the scope of projects implementation GO "Green-Landia" invites the cooperation of a professional development trainer to conduct educational and group activities aimed at developing professional skills, increasing motivation and supporting the personal growth of participants.

Main duties and tasks:

  • Conducting trainings, master classes and group classes on the topics of professional development;

  • Development and adaptation of educational materials according to the needs of target groups;

  • Working with the topics of self-presentation, career planning, development of communication skills, teamwork, time management, emotional stability;

  • Creating a safe, supportive and motivating space during events;

  • Encouragement participants to active participation and practical application of the acquired knowledge;

  • Reporting on the activities carried out in accordance with the internal procedures of the Organization and the requirements of donors;
  • Observance of ethical principles, protection and confidentiality policies of the Organization.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher education in the field of psychology, pedagogy, management, HR, social work or related areas;

  • Experience in conducting trainings, group classes or educational events;

  • Understanding the processes of professional and personal development;

  • Skills in facilitating groups and working with different target audiences;

  • Fluency in Ukrainian language;

  • Communication, empathy, responsibility;

  • Willingness to comply with the Organization's Code of Conduct and policies.

Work format:

  • Project employment / part-time employment;

  • Conducting events in support spaces (the schedule is agreed upon additionally);
