Financial literacy trainer in Grin-Landiya, Gromadska organizaciya

GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

Within the scope of projects implementation GO "Green-Landia" invites the cooperation of a financial literacy trainerto conduct training and informational events.

Main duties and tasks:

• Conducting trainings, information sessions and group classes on financial literacy literacy;

• Introduction of participants to the basic principles of personal finance management (budgeting, savings, financial planning);

• Explanation of topics related to financial security, financial risks, loans, debts and fraud;

• Adaptation of educational materials according to the needs and level of training of target groups (adults, youth, IDPs) etc.);

• Creation of a safe and supportive space during events;

• Reporting on events in accordance with internal procedures of the Organization and donor requirements;

• Observance of ethical principles and confidentiality of the Organization.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field economics, finance, accounting, management or related areas;

• Experience in conducting trainings, educational or information events on financial topics;

• Practical understanding of the topics of financial literacy and financial security;

• Skills in facilitating groups and presenting complex information in an accessible form;

• Proficiency in Ukrainian language at a high level;

• Responsibility, sociability, result orientation;

• Willingness to comply with the Code of Conduct and the Organization's policies.

Work format:

• Project employment / part-time employment;

• Conducting events in support spaces (the schedule is agreed in addition);

• Cooperation is possible on the terms of the FOP.
