Main responsibilities of the foreman:
- Organization of production preparation, appointment of workers in shifts, monitoring of compliance with technological processes, prompt detection of non-conformities and elimination of their causes.
- Management of labor protection in a shift.
- Controls the movement of material assets, manufactured products, defects, consumption of raw materials in accordance with established standards, quality control products, implementation of measures to prevent defects.
- Controls product output rate and ensures reduction of losses of raw materials, finished products, and man-hours.
- Conducts analysis of material losses and ensures compliance with standard percentages of losses and their reduction.
- Closes production orders.
- Provides timely and accurate information on all cases of production stoppages, analyzes the causes and implements measures to address them elimination.
- Ensures compliance with standards by employees.
- Ensures the release of finished products according to established quality parameters.
- Develops subordinates, motivates and improves relationships between employees.
). Professional work experience of at least 2 years (preferred).
