• Control of the availability of primary documentation
• Maintenance of primary accounting (income/expense invoices)
• Timely display of goods movement and control product balances
• Observance of the TMC write-off procedure
• Checking primary documentation for counterparties
• Control of receipt of funds from buyers
• Preparation of documents for writing off fuel and lubricants
• Accounting of operations with demonstration samples of goods
• Control over the correctness of operations under the PRRO
• Issue and registration of tax invoices

Our candidate has:

• Education in the field of accounting
• Experience as an accountant from 3 years (will be an advantage)
• Experience in VAS and SAP accounting systems, as well as the MEDOC system (will be an advantage)
• Advanced PC user (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Smartsheet)
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with a large amount of information, high concentration of attention, ability learn quickly
• Ability to work independently and in a team, make and propose decisions, meet deadlines
• Skills conducting processes and procedures in the conditions of an enterprise with a broad organizational structure
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of the English language will be advantage
