We are currently looking for a Production Manager to help scale processes while maintaining the quality and character of Turbat.

Role:

• organization of the production process - from receiving the order to finished products in the warehouse
• control of product quality at all stages
• seasonal and current production planning according to the delivery schedule
• effective communication with productions - we cooperate more than with 10 outsourced factories
• search for new capacities and establishing contacts
• search for ideas to improve the production process and their implementation
• preparation of technical documentation and reporting
• optimization of processes and costs

What is important for us:

• 2 years of work experience in production (as a middle or senior manager)
• knowledge of clothing production technology
• experience in preparation of technical documentation for production and quality control
• financial and legal literacy
• effective communication skills and management of several at once projects
• ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• proactivity, responsibility and perseverance

Skills that will be an additional advantage:

• experience with planning programs and production management
• passion for travel, active recreation, tourism
