Brief about us:

We are a full-cycle company in the field of design project implementation. This means that we take the space into work and implement everything that the designer suggested. And we do it so that the space is convenient for use for many years to come. Nothing is impossible for us, there are only interesting tasks.

The purpose of the role:

Ensure systematic management of all company processes: from projects to finance, from customer service to production. Build a managed operating machine that can scale without the participation of the founders.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic and daily management: projects, procurement, logistics, team

• Delegation, control and development of Project Managers, coordinators, technical staff

• Building an internal operating system (CRM, SOP, regulations, financial models)

• Knowledge of processes: design, procurement, warehouses, logistics, finance

• Practical experience in building management systems and teams

• Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, stress resistance

• Ability to work with financial indicators (profitability, cashflow, unit-economics)
