We are looking for aproduction master, who will take over the organization of the daily work of the production site, control of deadlines, product quality and order in processes.

identify problems in processes and propose solutions for their elimination;
work on optimizing production so that work is faster, clearer and more stable.
Our expectations from the candidate:
work experience in production;
preferred experience as a foreman, foreman, shift leader or other role with people coordination;
ability to organize the work of a team and control the execution of tasks;
attention to quality, deadlines and details;
responsibility, systematicity, ability to keep order;
willingness to dive deeply into company processes and figure out how to make them better;
willingness to take responsibility and not pass it on to others.
Would be an advantage:
experience in optimizing production processes;
technical thinking;
work experience in the field of glass structures.
