Requirements:
- Desired work experience in the field of catering or culinary production.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of new dishes and technical-technological maps (TTC), calculation of calorie content and food values
- Quality control: Checking the quality of raw materials, compliance with cooking technology, control of the appearance and taste of finished products
- Organization of production: Management of kitchen work, distribution of responsibilities between cooks, control over compliance with product output standards
- Sanitary standards: Strict control over compliance with SanPiN, production hygiene and personal hygiene of staff
- Work with personnel: training in manufacturing standards, conducting briefings Production economy: Optimization of technological processes, minimization of marriage, participation in inventory and competitive wages
- Clear working hours: 9:00-18:00 (no night shifts)
