Design Specialist (Creative Production) in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

We are a recruiting agency that works with an international client - a full-cycle creative production company with more than 12 years of experience working with global brands in the global market. The company unites more than 300 specialists and creates creatives for different platforms and markets around the world

Now the team is actively growing, so we are opening a new position Design Specialist. The main goal of the role is to strengthen the design direction and help the team to close the growing volume of tasks faster without losing quality

You will work in a large design team (17 specialists), where the processes are already established, there are clear technical specifications and the support of the Design Lead

What is important to us:

• Graphic Designer work experience of 2 years or more
• A confident level of mastery of the package Adobe
• Basic English for work
• Experience with AI tools will be a plus

What you will do:

1. Create static advertising creatives and develop new designs
2. Adapt creatives for different formats, work with localizations of creatives for different markets
3. Create GIF creatives based on static banners (if it did not work - we will teach you)
4. Branding sites (brandings - we can also teach you)
5. Create simple videos (reels, short videos) based on statics with minimal animation
