Production manager (garment/haberdashery production) in GB Leather Company

We are looking for a production manager who knows how not just to "manage the process", but to keep the result under control: deadlines, quality and team loading.

This is a role for a person who sees the whole picture, makes quick decisions and can bring order to a place where there are many manual processes and constant changes.

What will need to be done:

• Plan the loading of production (so that there are no downtimes and delays at the same time)
• Implement an understandable system of time and production accounting
• Manage the team (distribution of tasks, control, communication)
• Solve production bottlenecks
• Monitor product quality
• Interact with sales/warehouse to synchronize processes
• Optimize processes (less chaos - more system)

We expect what are you:

• Have experience in production management (preferably sewing or similar)
• Able to work with a small team (up to 10-20 people)
• Not afraid of "manual management" when necessary
• Able to calculate, analyze and draw conclusions
• Love order, but don't get lost in the changes
• Able to maintain a balance between speed and quality

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of principles of lean production (Lean) and the ability to optimize processes without loss of quality.
• Experience of implementation KPI
• Working with CRM/ERP systems (for example, Odoo or similar)
• Experience in optimizing or scaling production
