HR Operations in SIMETRIYa PLYuS

Main responsibilities

• KPI and salary: data collection and verification, calculation of bonuses, formation of registers for Finance.
• HR?administration: support of hiring, transfer, dismissal; personnel documents and registers; administration of policies.
• Access and interaction: organization/deactivation of accesses; cooperation with IT, Legal, Finance.
• HR analytics and reporting: regular reports, data correctness control, dashboard management.
• Documentation: agreement and preparation of documents for signing.
• Operational support: onboarding, corporate events, HRD and HR Generalist assistance.
  
  Requirements:
• Experience in HR Operations / personnel administration from 1 year.
• Knowledge of labor documentation and HR systems.
• Attention to details, accuracy, structure.
• Ability to work with data, analytical thinking.
• Experience with KPI or finance will be an advantage.
