Production Manager ( Game Conference) in HIT Games Conference

HIT Games Conference (HGC) is a gaming brand that organizes b2b gaming conferences for the mobile game development niche. We organize physical events all over the world, including countries such as Turkey, Germany, Spain, France, UAE.

List of tasks:

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">finding venues (negotiations and signing contracts) 

• finding contractors for printing materials

• furniture and equipment rental

• search for photographers and videographers

• searching for a party place

• creating instructions for sponsors

Requirements:

• English from B2

• Experience working with contractors

• High level of communication and responsibility

• Love of games will be a plus

Overall: specialist responsible for conference production, finding and communicating with contractors, coordinatorswatching them on the site on the days of the event. 

Period of work:< /span>

• Schedule from 10:00 to 19:00 (Kyiv time)

• Remote work (we can consider candidates from abroad)

• Full-time job  

• Extension by results test period 

Terms:

• Payment $700 (about UAH 25,000)

• Payment once a month between the 5th and 10th of the month
