We are looking for a Manager for our workshop in the city of Odesa - a person who loves order in processes as much as we love creating paintings for our clients around the world. If you are organized, responsible and know how to work with a team - we will be glad to see you in our workshop. and productive work;

Basic tasks:

1. Production control

• Monitor the deadlines for the production of paintings and help the team to timely and qualitatively design each painting for sending to the client.
• Quality control: printing, assembly and finishing of paintings before packaging.
• Ensure that each painting is sent no later than 24 hours after transfer to printing.

2. Organization of workshop work

• Plan and coordinate the daily work of craftsmen: distribute tasks in accordance with the workload and team strengths.
• Form work schedules and maintain a comfortable work rhythm.
• Hire, train and adapt new craftsmen.
• Help create and implement standards collecting pictures.

3. Improvement of picture design processes

• Build and improve all picture design processes - from printing to packaging.
• Controlcanvas stretching, stretchers, frames, gift packaging, and all other design elements.
• Create stable quality standards for each stage.
• Implement new methods, techniques and tools to increase efficiency.

4. Materials, supply and logistics

• Communicate with Novaya Poshta regarding shipments.
• Purchase materials, control balances and conduct inventory.
• Look for reliable suppliers and build cooperation with them.

5. Communication and management

• Work in CRM and work chats with managers.
• Responsible for the whole cycle: printing > processing > shipping.
• Collaborate with heads of other departments to improve processes.
• Prepare reports and keep regular contact with SOO.
• Calculate the wages of craftsmen.
• Maintain order and good condition of the workshop.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working in a production, workshop or similar processes will be great plus.
• Ability to organize team work and distribute workload.
• Attention to details and responsible attitude to quality.
• Willingness to take responsibility for the result.
• Willingness to improve processes and propose new solutions.
• Comfortable use of CRM or readiness to learn quickly.
• Resistance to stress and the ability to work at a fast pace.
