HR manager in Everstar

We are the Everstar agency. Our task is to help private defense companies find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory. 

One ​​of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of warfare. 

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes.  

We are looking for a Recruiter to find specialists for the company's administrative teams.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in mass recruitment of 6-12 months (preferably in retail, production or service business);
• Knowledge of basic recruitment methods;
• Communication and ability to build contact with different people;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Confident user of PC and modern tools recruiting.

Future responsibilities :

• To find and attract specialists to strengthen teams in various directions - from administrative to service (possibility of professional development);
• Use all possible sources to attract candidates: from referral program to direct search on job boards and in other channels.
• Organize and conduct full interview process;
• Work closely with team leaders, helping to make quick decisions and improve the hiring process.
