Your tasks:

• Organizing the smooth operation of the cafe in accordance with the company's corporate standards;
• management and management of the cafe's operational activities;
• increasing sales volumes and gross profit;
• Selection personnel;
• control of timely supplies of raw materials, food products, semi-finished products;
• control over the technology and quality of food preparation, preparation of dishes at the appropriate level;
• control of ensuring the sanitary condition of production and warehouse premises, halls in accordance with the requirements of sanitary standards and regulations;
• creation of a warm and hospitable atmosphere for the maximum satisfaction of the needs of visitors.

It is important for us:

• Education: higher;
• work experience: in the restaurant business in a large chain;
• knowledge of regulatory documents regarding the organization of production and management of a public catering establishment; 
• knowledge of costing, recipes, cooking technology and culinary products, as well as quality requirements, terms and conditions of storage;
• knowledge of the basics of business communication
