The Organosyn company is looking for a Head of digital, who is ready to take on the creation and management of the direction of separate and omnichannel communication.

Main tasks:

Creation and implementation of a digital strategy.

Creation of an ecosystem of customer analytics

Management of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn): content, texts, coordination of the work of an smm specialist.

Launch and optimization of advertising in Meta Ads and Google Ads (P-Max)

Planning and coordination with product managers of the promotional network of call center operators

Analysis, reporting, work with CRM.

Monitoring of competitors and trends, control online reputation.

We expect from the candidate:

Experience in digital marketing from 2 years.

Sure knowledge of Meta and Google Ads (must have).

Experience with GTM, CRM.

Confident user of Excel and experience building Power BI

Building a company analytics system:

Choosing a technical solution for consolidation analytics and its implementation

Integration of data from CRM, call center, email / Viber mailings and other channels. Segmentation of customers

Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotion channels

Identification of trends in social networks

Preparation of analytical recommendations for marketing

English - Intermediate (for working with platform interfaces)

Willingness to coordinate the work of 4 employees

And also be ready for new tasks related to the implementation of the creation? direction

Analytical thinking, systematic, attention to details.

Willingness to set own intermediate tasks and create a department from "0"

It will be an advantage:

Experience in the medical field or a pharmaceutical company

Understanding the basics of marketing, principles of omnichannel, customer journey, email marketing, SEO.

Team management and project management experience

Database experience

Experience of cooperation with SMM, designers, production.
