Production director in Arkona Lider, TOV

Manufacturing company needs a production director

Main duties:

• Organization, planning and control of production processes

• Ensuring the execution of production plans in accordance with quality standards

• Team management (foremen, technologists, production personnel)

• Optimization of production processes and introduction of new technologies

• Control of compliance with sanitary, hygienic and technical standards

• Control and support of standards HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001

• Interaction with procurement, logistics and sales departments

• Organization of accounting and production reporting (1C UTP, Excel, CRM)

• Participation in the launch of new production sites

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working in food production from 3 years

• Experience of working in a managerial position from 3 years

• Practical experience of launching production of processes

• Experience in building effective teamwork

• Confident PC skills: 1C UTP, Excel, CRM

• Systemic thinking, leadership qualities

Preferred: having your own car.

Fuel costs will be reimbursed

• Work schedule: 5/2 (Mon-Fri), 9:00-18:00
