Production director in Platinum Elektrik, TOV

Direction: metalworking + electric panel equipment (full cycle).

Entie (Platinum electric) - manufacturer and developer switchboard equipment. Own production, engineering department and warehouse complexes. Now the company is scaling and needs a strong manager who will systematically build production processes.

The main task of the production director is to bring production to a predictable, rhythmic and profitable level of work.  turning works, welding), welders and machine tool operators

Responsibilities:

• Planning and balancing production loading

• Control of order fulfillment terms

• Implementation rate/hours and production control

• Reduction of defects and launch of the quality control system

• Building clear processes throughout the cycle: from metal sheet to finished product

Requirements:

• Production management experience

• Experience of working with labor personnel

• Practice of planning and calculation of production load

• Understanding Production Economics

• Systematic, responsible, strong managerial position

• Readiness to implement changes
