  • Experience in the field of personnel management for at least 10 years, of which at least 5 years — in managerial positions. Mandatory work experience at an industrial or manufacturing enterprise with a staff of 800 or more
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language. English language — at least B2 level for interaction with international partners and auditors
  • Ability to form and implement an HR strategy integrated with the company's business strategy. Management of personnel risks, planning of personnel needs, ensuring the stability of the enterprise in conditions of crisis and shortage of personnel
  • High level of professional ethics, strategic thinking, stress resistance. developed communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work with conflicts and changes
  • Leadership and management skills, active life position, responsibility, result orientation.

    Main tasks:
  • Organization of systematic search and recruitment (professional, managerial, critical positions), ensuring the quality of selection, reducing the time of closing vacancies and reducing personnel turnover;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and basic EU directives. Construction of payment systems, KPIs, grades, motivation programs and staff retention. Organization of recruitment, training, development and personnel reserve;
  • Implementation of policies of equality, non-discrimination, labor protection and ethics. Participation in the preparation of non-financial reporting and social risk management;
  • Using HR analytics to make management decisions. 
  • Preparation of regular reporting and analytical materials for the Supervisory Board;
  • Regular reporting to the Supervisory Board, participation in the work of personnel and remuneration committees, provision of analytical information on personnel risks and social indicators
