Production Analyst in Onseo

We are now looking for a Production Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support and development of regular processes: KPI, motivation system, analysis of production budgets;
• Calculation and verification of the need for personnel and equipment for production;
• Support of management reporting and analytics files;
• Maintenance and scaling of dashboards (Google Sheets > Looker Studio);
• Analytical support for new products and production projects;
• Ensuring stability and continuity of analytical processes.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education / technical student (specialty Statistics/Analytics will be an advantage);
• Experience with GoogleSheet / Excel;
• Basic experience with programming languages R or Python, as well as experience with BI tools or Looker Studio;
• Experience with databases will be an advantage and DBMS;
• Analytical, communication skills and the ability to use AI chats to find effective solutions.
