Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position will be an advantage (bakery industry is preferred)
• Experience in enterprise personnel management
• Responsibility, attention to details, ability to make decisions and take responsibility
• Fluency in MS Word, Excel, 1C;

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the production process on a shift to perform a variable task
• Observance of production technology
• Compilation of reports for the shift
• Planning the work of subordinate personnel
• Control of equipment operation, correct operation, loading lines
• Quality control of manufactured products
• Interaction with other units of the plant to ensure smooth operation of the shift
• Observance of production and labor discipline by shift workers
