The ELEKS company is looking for a Product Support Specialist Doctor ELEKS (eHealth web portal) in our locations in Ukraine.

About the product
Dr. Eleks is a medical information system that helps provide improved support to its patients by automating and optimizing complex operational processes and patient clinical data management methods. 
The main goal of the product is to increase the quality and value of the provision of medical services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the medical field (administrator, technical support, related to understanding the work of a medical institution) is welcome
• Basic knowledge of SQL, MSSQL (courses completed)
• Understanding of general principles web development
• English language Pre-Intermediate level
• Competent and clear language
• Good communication skills
• Resistance to stress
• Quick adaptability
• The ability and desire to learn

WILL BE A PLUS

• Basic knowledge of medical reform
• Experience of working in Jira and Confluence

DUTIES

• Consulting contact- of the functional center
• Checking the operability and speed of the web portal
• Fixing bugs and transferring them to developers
• Creating tickets when fixing an incorrect response from the central database
