We invite a Leading specialist of the IT support group to implement company tasks and mutual development.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of the work of the system administrators team
• Ensuring timely and effective resolution of user problems related to the IT infrastructure
• Organization and monitoring the work of Service Desk operators to support the company's users
• Ensuring timely and high-quality closure of requests received from users
• Analyzing requests to identify recurring problems and developing proposals to prevent them
• Implementation, compliance and control of the information security policy at all levels of the IT infrastructure
• Organization and carrying out modernization and repair of computer and office equipment
• Performance of regular analysis of the state of IT equipment and development of measures to improve it.
• Interaction with equipment and service providers to ensure optimal functioning of the IT infrastructure

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from the 1st year
• Knowledge of the basics of TCP/IP, the principles of DHCP, DNS.
• Knowledge of the Windows command line
• Knowledge of the principles of building a local network
• Troubleshooting Windows, knowledge of MS Office packages
• Experience in configuring and maintaining network equipment
• Working skills with problem customers, and communication skills
• Experience with AD Users and Computers and cash registers would be an advantage
