We are looking for Product Technical Support Engineer

This position provides full technical support for Ecosoft products - from consulting and training to participation in the development and improvement of the product portfolio.

Your zone Responsibilities:

• Providing technical advice to employees and partners regarding the characteristics, installation, launch and operation of products
• Preparation of technical, economic and commercial proposals
• Conducting internal and external product and technical seminars
• Visits to facilities with partners, conducting chief installations
• Processing and support of complaints
• Development and update of technical documentation (instructions, passports, etc.)
• Preparation of the technical part of advertising and presentation materials
• Participation in the implementation of changes and modernization of existing products
• Management of projects to reduce cost and unify products
• Work with the internal accounting and production system (creation and editing of specifications, introduction of new products into the system)
• Analysis of complaints and system errors, implementation of corrective actions for failureproduct quality assurance
• Testing of pre-production and new products

Our expectations:

Professional skills and experience:

• Higher chemical-technological or engineering-technical education
• English language at a level not lower than B1
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, basic Windows package
• Category B driving license will be advantage
