About the Role We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our US team. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle — from the first inbound inquiry to closing the deal — working exclusively with warm leads.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: initial contact, needs assessment, follow-ups, and deal closure
Communicate with clients via phone, chat, and email
Work in a CRM system: process inbound leads and maintain accurate client records
Collaborate closely with your Team Lead and teammates to improve results and conversion rates
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience (B2C)
English level B2 or higher
Experience working with CRM systems
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
High emotional intelligence and the ability to work with stressed or emotional clients
Strong results orientation, self-motivation, and desire to earn more based on performance
Willingness to contact clients outside standard working hours when needed (time-zone flexibility)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish)
