Who am I and why am I writing

My name is Vadim, I am 32. I have been building products for 13 years: physical (hotels, stores) and digital (software for stock traders). I am a product manager with experience managing teams of up to 80 people: devs, designers, testers, marketers, and so on. I know how to turn chaos into a process, and ideas into a product.

2 years ago, my colleagues and I foundedWinWin.travel- a startup that is revolutionizing hotel booking. With the help of AI, we make the search personalized and very intelligent and efficient, and it is much better than Booking or Expedia. We feel we have the ability to build a multi-billion dollar company that will change the world of travel. We have already been recognized at several European competitions. MVP is almost ready, we are testing it with early users and want to shoot. Pompous.

But there is a nuance.

Money - 0. Well, that is, in general. This is not a metaphor. We are 94 people, engineers, marketers, designers, mentors. And we all work without salaries. Because we believe. And we know that this product willshoot. When money appears - we will all start earning together. And for now -we are drowning in enthusiasm and faith in the team.

Vadim comes out of deep depression and begins to analyze his notebook in search of of ideas.

Vadim starts researching user needs. The team is 0 people.

July 2024
The first research results appear. People are starting to join the project. We came up with a name and legally registered the company. The probability of success is 0.01%.

There are 28 volunteers in the project. The first very simple prototype appears. The probability of success is 1%.

July 2025
The team already has 42 people. 50,000 non-bookable hotels connected. The probability of success is 5%.

January 2026
83 volunteers. 300,000 hotels connected with the ability to search through chat, like, compare and book. The MVP is 95% ready, but there are issues with search speed and stability. The first reservations appear. The probability of success is 51%.

Who are we looking for

I am convinced: the product is created by two things -command and processes. And skills are not the most important thing. The main thing is the motivation to learn, develop and not get lost in difficult situations. I have seen people with no experience become pros in 3-4 months. These are the ones we are looking for. Practical or commercial experience is not necessary - we will help with everything at the beginning.
