Looking for a Product Owner/ Senior Product Manager

A Ukrainian tech company is currently in the late MVP development phase of an innovative SaaS product and is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a GTM strategy and the product launch in international markets.

Key Requirements

• Proven SaaS product development from scratch and growth cases with at least 2 years of experience, including ICP validation, CusDev interviews, and MVP development. Experience with IaaS and/or commodity goods is an advantage.
• B2C and/or B2B tech product management experience: minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Product Market Fit, GTM, roadmap development.
• Proven ability to implement efficient monetisation model & budget management.
• Product analytics experience proficiency.
• SaaS customer acquisition proficiency is an advantage.
• English proficiency: at least at an upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Product hypothesis validation and Product Market Fit, GTM development.
• Monetisation model implementation.
• Сomprehensive product launch.
• Roadmap development & execution.
• Customer acquisition, retention increasing together with the marketing team.
• Continuous product growth management and user experience improving.

Recruitment Process

• Screening interview with Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, up to 60 minutes.
• Technical task.
• NDA signing.
• Technical interview with C-level team members, 60 minutes.
