About the role

We are lookingProduct FounderThis is a key role that requires both an entrepreneurial mindset and impeccable project and product management skills under high uncertainty.

Main tasks:1. Launching New Businesses and Products

• The full cycle of launching new projects/products from the planning phase to the first commercial results.

• Definition of goals, scope of work.
• Evaluation (personnel, financial, technological). Project budgeting and cost control.

• Coordination of operational processes (including procurement, logistics, installation, testing).

• Coordination of the integration of new business into the unified standards of the Group of Companies (accounting, financial accounting, HR, IT).

2. Portfolio Life Cycle Management (Project and Product Management)

• Control of execution, adherence to deadlines, budget, quality and volume of works of the entire portfolio of new projects.

• Direct participation in product management, coordination of all stages of its implementation — from Product Backlog and Release Plan to launch.

• Development and maintenance of key artifacts (Project Charter, Product Roadmap, Risk Register, etc.). Escalation of risks and problems, ensuring timely decision-making. Provision of centralized documentation (Confluence/Wiki).

• Tracking key performance indicators (KPI) of launched businesses and products. 

Requirements for the candidate:

• Minimum5 years experience in project management.

• Proven implementation experience andlaunching new business initiatives or startups "from scratch".

• Product Management: experience in product life cycle management, working in the positionProduct Owner/Product Manager.

• Professional Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the project life cycle

  • Project management standards (PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2)

  • Financial planning and analysis skills (P&L, Cash Flow)

  • Ability to develop business processes, standards and regulations

• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under uncertainty and multitask.

• Higher (project management, business administration, finance, economics or engineering).

• Experience with project management platforms, analytical tools.
