HR manager in Svit Audio video

We are an international studio engaged in professional editing of wedding videos. In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an HR manager who will be responsible for the search, verification and selection of talented video editors for the team.

Duties:

• Search and selection of video editors for various types of projects

• Posting vacancies on various platforms

• Checking the portfolio and technical skills of candidates

• Conducting online interviews

• Building the editor base and updating information

• Communicating with editors regarding test tasks, deadlines and requirements

• Interacting with the project manager and owner company

• Optimization of the hiring process and improvement of HR processes in the company

Requirements:

• Experience in HR / recruiting from 1 year

• Ability to find quality specialists and quickly evaluate portfolio

• Understanding basic video editing skills (will be a plus)

• Experience with / Google Sheets / Trello - will be an advantage

• Competent written communication

• Ability to work independently and responsibly

• English - basic or intermediate will be plus
