Product Owner of credit products for business clients in PrivatBank

Main role of the position: ensuring the development, implementation and quality support of credit products and projects for business clients

Main duties:

• Develop new and provide support and refinement of existing credit products and services for legal entities

• Develop and approve the regulatory framework for credit products and small business processes

• Prepare business requirements, specifications, mockups and other documents necessary for the implementation and automation of products and business processes in lending to business clients

• Develop schemes of interaction of bank divisions in lending to small business clients

• Monitor the implemented processes and projects and their support.

• Ensure the smooth operation of products and projects

• Analyze the results of implemented products and services, prepare reports on the results of projects and proposals for their improvement

• Participate in the department's competence

Basic requirements:

• Higher economic education

• From 3 years of experience in the banking industry

• Knowledge of credit products for business

• Understanding the competitive environment of small businesses for banking services, product offerings of competitors, advantages and disadvantages of major competitor banks

• Experience in successful implementation of projects and products for business clients

• Skills for working with client documents, in-depth knowledge of the basic list of registration documents of legal entities, their structure and form, correct filling, basic knowledge of financial documents

• Skills of building and developing effective communication at the level of the head office and regional divisions of the bank

• Skills of preparing business requirements, building business processes

• Skills for preparing presentation materials

• Knowledge of modern methods of project support, tools for workwith projects will be an advantage

• Knowledge of the legislation and the main regulatory acts regulating the activity of banks

• Confident PC user, Google- services (tables, documents, mail, calendar, etc.)

• Fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language (especially business language)
