Head of business process improvement projects in Avtologistika

Avtologistika company is looking for a Project manager for business process improvement. We are looking for people who are ready to develop together with us.

Main tasks:

• conducting an audit of the company's business processes and creating an excellence management system;
• development, implementation and support of continuous process improvement systems;
• implement changes in a "bottom-up" approach, where every employee of the company can initiate changes and submit their ideas for improvement;

• create a team of ambassadors and a committee that evaluates and analyzes submitted ideas for improvements;
• develop a training mechanism for all employees of the enterprise, as well as involve employees in the improvement process;
• conduct training of employees on a systematic basis.

Requirements:

• higher education (economics, finance, management);
• work experience of implementation and maintenance of process improvement in the sphere of services from 2 years;
• the ability to describe business processes in the field of services;
• knowledge of lean production methodology and tools;
• planning and forecasting skills, building effective communications, analytical and critical thinking, focus on results;

• the ability to organize interaction in a team, setting priorities, defining deadlines and assessing the quality of work;
• it will be an advantage: the presence of Lean or 6 Sigma certificates, participation in the development of methodological materials on process management, electronic training courses ;
• knowledge of business Ukrainian language.
