Product owner (BAS / 1C) in E-ZOO

Hello! We are an online pet store with our own network of retail stores throughout Ukraine. We have everything for pets: from food to medicine, from toys to diapers. And we are also importers, one of the leaders in the pet market of Ukraine, and most importantly, we love animals!

Currently we are in search for a candidate for the position ProductOwner.

What will be included in your functional duties:

• Writing and setting tasks for programmers to develop/refinish functionality and fix bugs taking into account their current download;
• Communication with employees of other departments in order to understand their problems and further form the technical task; 
• Control of the execution of tasks by programmers and technical support; 
• Assistance to 1-2 technical support line specialists if the issue is more complex than their knowledge/competence;
• Creation and constant updating of instructions for users and description of business processes;

• Work with invoicing, monitoring payments for services and services.

Main requirements:

• Experience with BAS / 1C on managed forms from 2 years at the level of system administrator;
• Ability to manage the development and support team;
• Solid understanding of the basic business processes of the company (sale of goods, purchase of goods , inventory, collection of orders in the warehouse, etc.);
