Product Marketing Manager (PawChamp) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to win on global markets. PawChamp is the business of venture builder SKELAR. We are building an app for dog owners that allows them to educate their pets and learn more about dog care and training. The app provides users with personalized daily lessons, covering all aspects of dog training, from basic commands to solving behavioral problems. Our strategic goal is to become a leader in the online dog training market. We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will focus on improving the user experience and conversion, finding new sales angles and improving the effectiveness of marketing investments. We Expect What You Want to develop in of marketing;— You want to quickly see the result of your ideas, expressed in marketing metrics;— You like structure and process in your work. What we will do:— Run and analyze A/B tests on web funnels to improve key business metrics;— Evaluate and implement effective monetization strategies;— Research the market to find new ideas and sales angles;— Close turnkey tasks: from the idea to implementation through appropriate TORs for designers, developers, etc.;— Work closely with marketing, product and development teams. What You Need to Join Us— From 1 year of commercial experience in the following positions: Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Creative Marketing Manager; — Experience in setting tasks and communicating with development and design teams; — Initiative, desire to build and drive processes, ability to clearly express, argue and defend your point of view;— Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work;— Upper-Intermediate English proficiency level.
