The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. Currently, the company is actively expanding the HR team and we are looking for a Transformation Manager who will deal with the transformation of HR processes, in particular the transition from 1C to IT-Enterprise, the implementation of new solutions and system optimization. Necessary skills and experience: 5 years of experience in HR/personnel management; Experience with IT-Enterprise; Experience in IT-Enterprise implementation projects; Experience in audit, optimization and automation of HR processes; Organization and management large-scale changes in the company; Expertise in personnel administration, knowledge of legislation in the field of labor; Experience in the implementation of HR analytics, design and implementation of business processes; Communicability and the ability to establish effective interaction between departments; Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly make decisions; Orientation to results and the implementation of innovations. Future duties: Conducting audits of recruitment processes, HR, personnel procedures and the system of compensation and benefits (C&B) Development and implementation of solutions to increase the efficiency of personnel processes; Construction of effective interaction schemes between the People department and the finance departmentActive Involvement in the team for the implementation of the ERP system (IT-Enterprise); Ensuring that the interests of the People department are properly taken into account during the transformation and implementation of the ERP system; Control of the personnel department for the implementation and continuous introduction of effective work. Working conditions Official employment; Vacation - 24 calendar days per year + 1 day of vacation for a birthday; Medical insurance after the trial period; Reservations subject to availability of current military records; Ability to propose and implement ideas; Continuous development and expansion of expertise; Open and professional team working with innovation.
