Product Manager is responsible for category development of Mobile products and its accessories, working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing and retail to develop and launch innovative products that meet customer needs.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Fluent English & Ukrainian is a must
3+ year of relevant experience (preferably on position of Category Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Financial Analyst)
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sound proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX, SUMPRODUCT, data validation, conditional formating) and Power Point
MS Power Query, Power Povit, Power BI skills is a plus
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Product management of Smartphones and accessories: Marketing, Planning & Pricing
- Analysis of information from customers, market changes and trends, developing counter-measures in order to achieve the targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage products lifecycle including sales volumes, pricing, promotion and distribution strategiesProduct portfolio analysis and planning (weekly by segment)National promotions development, efficiency evaluation, system processingWork with marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions
- Guidance of launching campaigns planning, delivery of product value to the customers through Marketing Communication cooperation
- Monitor competitive activity at retail for differentiation
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on retail performance and trend
- Support of products certification in cooperation with Certification Managers
- Reporting to HQ and RHQ
