Spirio is a new business venture builder'a SKELAR, which builds an educational platform that offers courses, guides and practices based on Eastern philosophies to help people enjoy life and be happy.

What challenges await:
—Managing the full cycle of marketing funnel development, from ideation to testing and analysis
—Shaping hypothesize, prioritize and refine the Value Proposition of marketing funnels based on a deep understanding of user and business needs
—Increase marketing funnel conversions, implement Growth Hacks and drive existing and new funnels to target ROI
—Scale Email Marketing and increase conversions Control metric risk
—Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand user needs and develop development strategy
—Work closely with development and marketing team to achieve business goals
—Participate in new model development monetization of sales
What is important for us:
— Work experience from 2's years as a product marketing manager or in a similar position
— Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics
— Skills in conducting A/B testing, market research and using analytical data
— Ability to work effectively with a team of engineers
— Upper-Intermediate+ English
In addition to businesses, we we are developing the charity initiative "SKELAR Foundation" — an internal project from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
