What you will need to do:
Strategy development for new digital products focused on marketing communication and improving customer experience.
From identifying customer needs to developing recommendations for product optimization.
Shaping value proposition for different customer segments using marketing and product communication channels.
Conducting market research, identifying trends and analyzing competitors to identify unique opportunities.
Working with designers, developers, product methodologists and sales to create innovative and effective solutions.
Using metrics to evaluate product success and make informed decisions about its further development.
Our ideal candidate has:
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or a similar position.
Deep understanding of digital technologies, UX/UI principles, CJM, Agile and Lean methodologies.
Ability to use product and marketing analytics to identify growth points.
Able to define long-term goals and develop effective strategies.
Fluent in communicating with cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts and effectively presenting ideas.
Ability to analyze data, identify market trends and make informed decisions.
The ability to look at the product through the eyes of the customer.
