Head of product support of the payment solutions department (Product Owner) in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• analyze the payment market and competitors' products, identify problems of potential users to assess possible areas of development;
• transform the client's needs into a finished product (payment services);
• li>set tasks for developers and designers;
• conduct market and target audience research;
• process feedback from product users;
• collaborate with the product team ( analytics, development, testing);
• participate in testing processes;
• conduct DEMOs for bank clients and employees;

 You fit , if you have:

• higher education;
• experience in creating a product development plan or separate functions, and tracking its implementation;
• knowledge of the banking sphere;
• understanding of product development processes, areas of team responsibility, communication skills with other divisions of the bank and potential users;
• knowledge of the regulatory framework of the NBU and legislation of Ukraine
< li>excellent communication skills;
