SKELAR
TENTENS Tech is a partner IT company of SKELAR — a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses.
We develop social discovery platforms for more than 20 million users worldwide. Our pace and scale is supported by deep expertise in analytics, highload and performance marketing.
The TENTENS Tech team today is 250+ people, where everyone acts as a CEO in their role and influences the joint result. We work in the style of 10/10ths: we keep the course to the goal, ask the right questions along the way and do not stop at "good" - only the maximum and a little further. If you recognize yourself in this description and are ready to get up to speed with us - let's get to know each other!
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to expand our team working on the development of core features of the product.
What challenges await:
— Generate and prioritize data-driven hypotheses
— Formulate tasks and launch A/B tests to improve product metrics.
— Lead feature development from idea to production launch
— Analyze user needs and problems.
— Conduct systematic user and market research to identify bottlenecks and growth points.
What is important to us:
— 2-4 years of experience in a product company as a Product manager/Product owner;
— Ability to analyze the problem comprehensively — to determine its root cause, divide it into component parts and find the optimal solution;
— Proactivity and initiative;
— Willingness to take responsibility.
In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charitable foundation, which was created by the company's employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
What you will get with us:
— Internal clubs in professional areas: product management, marketing, development, finance, recruiting;
— Trainings, courses, attending conferences;
— Spacious and modern offices in Kyiv and Warsaw;
— Medical insurance, corporate doctor.
Let's build together the next big everything — where "good" is not the finish, but the start!
