OTS PharmaRequirements: Higher education (priority - medical, pharmaceutical). Work experience in the gynecology segment and knowledge of the market will be an advantage. Work experience as a product manager in the pharmaceutical business for 3 years or more. Successful experience in bringing products/brands to the market. Leadership qualities (ability to achieve the goal, responsibility for the result, analytical skills). Confident use of MS Office and presentation skills. Knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate and above. Communication, creative and analytical skills at a high professional level. Ability to work in multitasking mode. Willingness to business trips. Absence of bad habits. Functional duties: Analysis of the market and competitors, assessment of the potential for new opportunities Development and implementation of a marketing strategy of trusted brands Sales planning Budget planning, control and coordination of marketing expenses Organization and conduct of marketing events Preparation and conduct of presentations Development of POS materials, writing campaign bukivTraining a team of medical representativesCreating communications with thought leaders, clients, company partnersInteraction with all representative departments and external service providers (legal services, financial/logistics departments and external service).
