About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Recruiter who will independently close vacancies in a dynamic performance environment.

The role involves working with a large number of vacancies, close interaction with Hiring Managers and a focus on quality recruitment.

Direct reporting - Recruitment Team Lead / HR.

Main duties

  • Conducting structured interviews.

    Organization and coordination of selection stages.

  • Funnel management and SLA compliance.

  • ATS management and reporting.

  • Working with offers together with C&B.

  • Positive candidate experience.

2-4+ years of experience in recruiting.

  • Experience of the full recruitment cycle.

  • Experience in a heavy workload. text-decoration: none">The ability to negotiate offers.> preferably.

  • Working conditions

    • Prague or completely remote.

    • Flexible schedule (9:00-11:00 CET start).
