We are currently considering candidates for our product R&D center - for the position of product manager.

Our requirements for a specialist:< /strong>

1. Experience from 2 years in R&D, marketing or technological divisions.
2. Availability of technological or marketing education;
3. Knowledge of current trends and trends consumption and FMCG market;
4. Ability to work with various types of packaging and production equipment;
5. Ability to conduct tastings, understand costing and technological maps, knowledge of organoleptic products.
6. Ability to communicate with partners, B2B clients;
7. Willingness to learn a lot of information about the company's product and services;
8. Proactivity, self-organization and responsibility;

What you will do:

1. Writing technical specifications for production on creationnew products;
2. Search for new manufacturing contractors to implement the product strategy;
3. Training on new products in the office, for employees, holding tastings and presentations for customers;
4. li>Writing instructions for preparation and preparation for use of products
5. Development of product packaging solutions;
6. Performing the first / test delivery from the manufacturer;
7. Development of HASSP documents and conducting audits of products from suppliers for organoleptic indicators and compliance with tests;
8. Returning goods to the supplier in case of non-compliance;
9. Preparation of "technological" answers to complaints, complaints, claims from customers at the request of the service of channel managers of sales;
