In connection with the expansion, the company Soufflet Agro Ukraine invites to work a Product Manager for the development of the field of organic fertilizers and microfertilizers

Responsibilities:

• Product portfolio management: analysis, life cycle. 
• Implements product positioning that best meets local needs, maximizes business and product effectiveness;
• Prepare and conduct training for the sales team. 
• Development of technical materials: catalogs, presentations, recommendations. 
• Participation in field tests, analysis of results, adaptation of recommendations. 
• Cooperation with suppliers and R&D on new products. 
• Support of marketing campaigns, participation in exhibitions, field days. 
• Monitoring of the market, competitors, agronomic trends.
• Development of brand development strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum work experience in the field of agriculture, agronomy/trade/B2B from 5 years
• Higher agronomic education
• Knowledge of the English language at least B1
• Results oriented
• Analytical thinking
• Stress resistance
• Ability to plan, organize
• High communication skills
